Our theme for this month is Vitality. We will explore ways to boost our energy, care for our bodies and souls, and fully express the life force that resides within us. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a yoga mat if you have one. (We have a few extra, for those who do not own one.) Feel free to bring a friend and/or a little food to share.
