The Orinda Community Church has been sharing facilities with other Lamorinda groups since before the first Meetinghouse was built in 1949. Current partners sharing the congregation's spacious buildings and grounds are listed below.

The Orinda Preschool (TOPS). The Orinda Preschool, established in 1938, is a pioneering parent-run cooperative childcare center. TOPS completely occupies parts of two OCC buildings and has a large well-equipped outdoor playground. The preschool has a professional staff and serves approximately 100 preschool children beginning at age 2.

Holden High School (formerly Contra Costa Alternative School). For over 35 years, OCC has been the home for Holden High School, an independent private alternative high school enrolling up to forty students who, for various reasons, do not thrive in the conventional public educational environment. Holden's amazing work with these special young people is a continuous source of pride and accomplishment that is shared by Orinda Community Church. Holden graduates go on to colleges and vocational schools, begin careers, and in several cases return to school as certified teachers, counselors and administrators. OCC assists Holden with scholarship and facilities support, volunteer involvement and board leadership.

Orinda Senior Village. In 1983, Orinda Community Church donated 3.5 acres of our hillside campus and sponsored the construction of Orinda Senior Village, a 150-unit rent-supported independent living residence facility complex for seniors and the physically disabled. Construction funding was provided through a loan from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Per an unusual contractual arrangement stipulated by HUD, the Orinda Senior Village Board of Directors is elected by the Orinda Community Church Council, with a majority of the board being members of the church.

Others. OCC facilities are used by numerous other community organizations.
